Unlike the big boys, we are selling directly to you. We have cut out the middle man, which means a higher quality, mostly hand crafted products at a lower cost. We also don't have super high paid executives, expensive real-estate or stock holders. All this results in us being able to eliminate all the CRAZY markups and margins that the other guys charge. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT(S) TO ARRIVE? 
Standard FREE (or near to nothing - cost wise) Shipping will get your order to your doorsteps on avarage of anywhere from 12-20 (US) Rest of the world 12-40 days max.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
Depending on what product you order, and where that Brand / Distributor is located, will determine where your product ships out from. We work with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, China and Australia primarily.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
It usually takes 5-7 for us to ship your order. Don't worry, we're making all our products by hand, so it takes us a little bit longer to ship our orders.

AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER HOW WILL I BE INFORMED ABOUT MY ITEMS? 
Once your order is placed, we will process your order and we will send you your tracking number within 2 to your email/phone number you provided at checkout.

HOW SAFE IS IT TO ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE AND PUT MY CARD INFORMATION INTO?
Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant.

Christmasly itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.

ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
Thank you for your recent order, not to worry items often arrive in different packages, we work with many suppliers in many countries, so it is normal to receive multiple items days apart.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please be sure to see our size chart listed on each individual product for accurate sizes. Some of our products are sourced from Asia and those sizes differ from U.S/Euro sizes.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We cannot guarantee that we can cancel orders. Please email us within 1 hour of completing your purchase. If longer than 1 hour has passed we cannot guarantee that we can stop your order from being shipped in time. As we take pride in shipping orders out immediately.
