Once your order is placed, we will process your order and we will send you your tracking number within 2 to your email/phone number you provided at checkout.
HOW SAFE IS IT TO ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE AND PUT MY CARD INFORMATION INTO?
Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant.
Christmasly itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.
ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
Thank you for your recent order, not to worry items often arrive in different packages, we work with many suppliers in many countries, so it is normal to receive multiple items days apart.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please be sure to see our size chart listed on each individual product for accurate sizes. Some of our products are sourced from Asia and those sizes differ from U.S/Euro sizes.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We cannot guarantee that we can cancel orders. Please email us within 1 hour of completing your purchase. If longer than 1 hour has passed we cannot guarantee that we can stop your order from being shipped in time. As we take pride in shipping orders out immediately.
